Is the Franklin Parcel Platform really free?
Yes. There are absolutely no upfront or direct costs. The audit and access to our portal is totally free. We built this tool for small and mid-size businesses to begin to get an understanding of where their shipping dollars are going, how they can get money back and how to save money on future shipments.
But how can it be free?
We can offer most of our services for free because we earn a transactional fee from our vendor through our carrier bill payment services. We also use a gain-share revenue model for our carrier contract savings programs and offer additional audit, analytics, and consulting services that we charge for too.
Is this just a free trial?
Nope. It’s a fully functional account that provides geo-analysis, refund recovery, accessorial analysis, and recommendations for future shipment improvements.
