Our entire world revolves around your csv invoice data. We require your UPS/FedEx credentials to access your csv invoice files and import them into our system. We also use your access to perform our carrier bill payment services which funds the platform and allows us to keep it free for our clients. This includes the claim recovery service where we submit disputes on your behalf and get you money back owed by the carriers. Funds for carrier payments are collected weekly and paid within the carrier payment terms. For privacy and security reasons we prefer to create our own separate login credentials with only the access settings we require to service your account. You can provide us your credentials and we can set that up for you or if you prefer to do it yourself, walk you through the set-up process.
