How to Setup FedEx Online Billing

FedEx Online Billing Setup

For Users who DO NOT have a username and password setup with FedEx please proceed through this entire tutorial. If you already have a username and password setup for FedEx, please skip to step 7 where we’ll use the online account created in steps one through six to set up FedEx Online Billing.  

1. Please click the following link below to create a username and password for FedEx:

2. You must fill out the form and create a username and password. Your password must include the following:

    • A minimum of 8 characters
    • Lowercase Letter
    • Uppercase Letter
    • A Number
    • A special character

 

3. Once complete, you must select “Use my account online” to enter in your account number on the next page.

4. Enter in your FedEx account number and the corresponding Billing Address for the account.

5. You will be prompted to enter in two different invoice numbers from the last 120 days to verify the account number.

6. Click continue and you should now be setup.

 

If you already have a FedEx Billing Online account setup. Please login your account and select the following to add an account number:

 

7. Under Manage, click “View/Pay Bills”.

8. Under My Options, select “Manage Account Settings”.

9. Click Add a Primary Account

10. You will be directed to the following screen. Here you can enter in your nine digit FedEx account number.

11. You will be prompted to enter in 2 invoices to validate the account number.

12. Click continue and you should be setup.
