UPS Online Account Creation

There are really only two major parts in setting up UPS online billing. The first is to create an online account. That’s what steps one through three will walk you through. The second part is to opt in to online billing. That starts with step 4.

Step 1: Please click the link below to begin the UPS online account creation process.

Step 2: You must fill out the form and create a username and password. Your password must include the following:

• A minimum of 8 characters
• Lowercase Letter
• Uppercase Letter
• A Number
• A special character

Step 3: Once complete, fill out your company’s address and then press submit.

You have now successfully created an online account with UPS. Please proceed to step 4 on how to set up online billing. This will allow you to use our great tools and will also save a lot of paper!

UPS Online Billing

You will need the following information before proceeding:

• Most recent copy of your invoice showing the following information:
  • Invoice Number
  • Charges for the period
  • Invoice Date
  • Control ID (Optional)
• List of UPS account #

Step 4: Click the following link to add an account number and enroll in UPS online billing.

Step 5: If you have a CPP# (Centralized Payment Plan), please select “Consolidated Plan. Otherwise please select Individual UPS Account. Enter in the 6 character account number and select continue.

Step 6: You will now need to authenticate the UPS account number by entering in key information from a recent invoice.

Step 7: Click continue and you should now be setup.

In order to receive billing data, you must make sure that the billing data format is checked off for the account number. You may verify this by the following:

Your first invoice from the previous week will be made available after 24 hours of setup!
