Welcome to Franklin Parcel. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Franklin Parcel website, platform, and related services operated by Franklin Parcel (“Franklin Parcel,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).


By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.
 
1. Use of Services:
Franklin Parcel provides parcel analytics, carrier auditing tools, billing oversight capabilities, and shipping data intelligence services.
By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

  • Use the platform only for lawful business purposes

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
 
2. Account Responsibilities:
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and all activities conducted under their account.
Franklin Parcel is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use if login credentials are shared or compromised.
 
3. Service Availability:
Franklin Parcel makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Service interruptions may occur due to:

  • Maintenance or updates

  • Technical issues

  • Third-party service disruptions

  • Carrier API limitations

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
 
4. Refund Recovery Services:
Franklin Parcel may provide automated auditing tools and claim identification capabilities based on carrier shipping data.
Approval and issuance of any refunds or billing adjustments are determined solely by the applicable carrier (such as UPS or FedEx). Franklin Parcel does not guarantee that claims will be approved or paid.

 
5. Carrier Integrations:
Franklin Parcel integrates with third-party carrier systems and services. We are not responsible for changes to carrier APIs, billing systems, policies, or operational practices that may impact platform functionality.
 
6. Payment Terms:
Certain services may require subscription fees or service charges.
By purchasing a plan, you agree to:

  • Pay applicable fees as outlined in your service agreement

  • Provide accurate billing information

  • Authorize recurring charges where applicable

Failure to pay required fees may result in account suspension or termination.
 
7. Intellectual Property:
All website content, platform features, design elements, and intellectual property are owned by Franklin Parcel unless otherwise stated.
This includes:

  • Software and technology

  • Branding and logos

  • Analytics tools

  • Website content and documentation

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without written permission.
 
8. Confidentiality:
Franklin Parcel respects the confidentiality of all client data.
Shipping data, financial information, and business insights provided through our platform will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to deliver services or comply with legal requirements.
 
9. Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Franklin Parcel shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Lost profits or business interruptions

  • Data loss caused by third-party services

  • Carrier billing errors outside our control

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Franklin Parcel’s total liability arising from or related to the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
 
10. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Franklin Parcel, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
 
11. Termination:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Payment obligations are not met

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

Upon termination, access to the platform may be revoked.
 
12. Changes to Terms:
Franklin Parcel may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
 
13. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
